Summer Flavor Highlight:

All of our ice creams are made in house completely from scratch and this one in particular has a very special place in my heart.
If you love an orange cream bar or an orange julius from DQ then you’ll love this ice cream.
I make a bright kumquat sherbet with whole kumquats picked from my grandma’s garden and swirl it with a French custard vanilla bean ice cream. None of the bitterness of the skin comes through, just a beautiful blend of tartness and creaminess from the combo of the two flavors.
Available by the scoop or by the pint to take home

Happy Saturday! We are open until 4 today, we have our classic chocolate chip cookies in stock as well as a new macaron flavor and Raspberry Passionfruit Pavlovas! Check our stories daily for our menu of what we will have in the shop πΌπππ»π

Our sunny staple flavor is a lemon zest vanilla butter cake with lemon syrup soak, fresh raspberries, and cream cheese frosting layers.
We are planning our holiday bakesales for the rest of the year, so I am enjoying making cakes in these bright, vibrant flavors while we can! (And also looking forward to all-spice-everything!) π

We’ve been officially open for three months and let me tell you, it’s been a whirlwind!
π§We’ve used 100+ pounds of chocolate
π§We’ve awarded my little brother Employee of the Month for the month of July because he’s been our best and only summer student hire π€
π§We’ve had our first bakeshop birthday! Shout out to my Mami for being there every day keeping this place running while I bake away!
π§We’ve had wedding cake tastings, wedding cakes made and delivered, and have weddings booked out into October of next year
π§We’ve had 80 custom orders come through our books
π§We are planning on lots of holiday bakesales and boxes so keep an eye out for that.
π§We are fully booked out for August and are feeling very grateful!

I reaaaaally thought about doing a Summerween Bakesale but seeing as I have been swamped and also missed Christmas in July, we will just go full force with all the holiday things later when they come!!! I love love love the holidays but I’m enjoying all these beautiful summer days as well. So when we had a request for a summer blue ghost cake, my holiday spice heart was so happy!
